Prices start from £400 in low season rising to £1,200 in July and August.

Inclusive of electricity and heating, exclusive of bed linen. White cotton sheets are provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival, should you wish it, on payment of an additional laundry charge. Please bring all your own bath towels and beach towels.

Very well behaved dogs are welcome, but NEVER allowed on the beds or sofas.

Long weekends, bookings for two people or last minute bookings can often be negotiated at special rates.

Bookings are currently from Friday to Friday - arrive after 4 PM & leave by 10 AM the next Saturday to allow us time to prepare the house for the next guests.
